Document Description
Minor Subdivision and Density Overlay Rezone of a 9.4 acre parcel into four parcels and a remainder. The proposed parcels are .67 acres, .58 arcres, .63 acres, 1.0 acres and 6.5 acres in size. On-site sewage disposal and community water are proposed. The remainder parcel has a small stream and two man-made ponds. Proposed parcel four and the remainder parcel have Highway 101 frontage. Proposed parcels one, two, and three access off of Mouth of Smith River Road.
