The project is to replace an existing stormwaster pump station with one of larger pumping capacity, in order to decrease flood damage at adjacent properties. The project is located in the City of Watsonville, south of the intersection of Hushbeck Avenue and Atri Court. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0155-3 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Gayland Swain/City of Watsonville.
