Document Description
The project consists of Design and Administrative Use Permits for a 12,773 square foot expansion to the existing Costco facility and addition of a fuel station on a 2.02-acre parcel located across the street from the existing facility on Sylvania Avenue. A total of 661 automobile parking spaces on both parcels will be provided upon completion of the project.
