Document Description
The Richfield Elementary School District proposes to construct two to four classrooms for approximately 200 students on approximately three acres of a 10-acre parcel located directly east of Olive Road, across form the current Richfield School. These new classrooms will be used in addition to the existing Richfield School facilities west of Olive Road. The School District has been denied approval to construct the necessary additional classrooms on the current school site due to an underground natural gas pipeline on the western boundary of the current school site.
