The School District proposes to construct two to four permanent classrooms for approximately 200 students on a 10-acre parcel aross of the existing Richfield Elementary School. The School District has been denied approval to build the additional classrooms on the current school site due to an underground natural gas line on the western boundary of the current school site. At this time, the School District proposes to build only the classrooms and restroom facilities for students.
