Document Description
A special permit is required develop a structure which will exceed the allowed 35' height limit in the Agriculture General (AG) zone. The proposed tower will be 180' tall. The tower will be a lattice design without top lighting. Electrical service to the site will be by underground cable from an existing PG&E pole located adjacent to Peach Tree Lane.
