Document Description
The proposed project generally includes adding 11.62 acres of land to the Regional Parks system developing a 16-space off-street parking area, minor improvements to the existing public trail section, providing suite amenities such as garbage cans, park boundary markers, and signage, and making minor improvements to a sectionof River Drive in cooperation with the Sonoma County Department of Transportation and Public Works. The purposes of the proposed project are to develop, adopt, and implement a Master Plan for the Forestville River Access, provide off-street river parking, formalize existing use of the project area, and imp[rove disabled access to the riverfront beach. No work will occur within the Russian River.
