The minor changes in the proposed project include changing the floor plan of the building, composing MRF fines along with food waste, constructing the east and south sides of the MRF building eastern expansion with open walls and properly spaced roof support columns, and allowing up to 50% of the green waste to be processed and marketed as mulch.
