Increasing the permitted maximum tonnage to 1,750 tons per day with a corresponding permitted traffic of 1014 vehicles per day; increase the processing hours; increase the cleanup and maintenance hours; expand permitted area for the materials recovery facility and the composting area; develop a new entrance road east of the existing self-haul unloading area; expand the existing household hazardous waste (HHW) facility, and extend the HHW receiving/processing hours; allow overnight storage of MRF residue in trailers; and, construct new on-site roads in order to provide multiple entrance control locations.
