The project site is located at the northwest corner of Del Paso Road and Natomas Boulevard, within the City of Sacramento. The proposed project is a component of the North Natomas Town Center and Regional Park Master Plan originally developed for the City of Sacramento Planning and Building Department in March of 2001.
