Soils impacted with metals (arsenic, lead), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and/or oil and grease above industrial cleanup levels determined through use of a site specific risk assessment for industrial property use, will be excavated from ten areas around the USS-POSCO facility. One additional area suspected of having additional lead impact soils will be deed restricted to require protective measures for construction workers.
