Document Description
The project consists of a Planned Development Rezoning to allow up to 325 residential units and up to 1.04 million square feet of commercial/retail uses on approximately 7.76 acres located on both sides of Delmas Avenue, between West Santa Clara Street and West San Fernando Street. The project proposes the phased development of up to 1.025 million square feet of commercial and retail uses east of Delmas Avenue, and up to 15,000 square feet of commercial uses west of Delmas Avenue. Building heights would range up to 218 feet (approximately 10 stories) to 268 feet (approximately 14 stories) above grade.
