Proposed is the construction of a new Sho-Ka-Wa Casino, adjacent to the existing casino owned by the Hopland Band of Pomo Indians. The new facility is a two story structure with a total of approximately 97,722 square feet. The parking area includes spaces for 966 vehicles, 20 Handicapped spaces, 12 RV spaces, and 3 bus spaces. Approximately 16 acres of overall development. In addition, a commercial waste water disposal system with a pretreatment gallery, water system development and associated circulation and parking proposed. The proposed casino will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
