The project proposes the widening of East H Street (along the north side) by approximately 12 to 16 feet from the I-805 northbound on-ramp to a point approximately 600 feet east of Hidden Vista Drive and commensurate grade transition on Hidden Vista Drive to provide an additional westbound travel lane. Additional proposed improvements include an exclusive bus/right-turn lane east of Hidden Vista Drive; traffic signal modificaitons; decorative retaining walls; relocation of existing bus stop, bike lane, curb, gutter, sidewalk, monument signs, and utilities; and restoration of landscaping.
