Document Description
Construction of a single injection/extraction well and ancillary wellhead and water transmission facilities to augment water supplies in the Three Valleys Municipal Water District service area. Spadra basin in an unadjudicated basin located in south eastern Los Angeles County. Limited natural and artificial recharge into the basin provides sufficient available storage capacity to accommodate the storage of surplus Colorado River and State Water Project water for later retrieval during peak demand and/or drought periods. Well will be constructed to facilitate the transfer and storage of surplus surface water into the groundwater basin, and retrieval of this banked water when needed.
