Document Description
Redevelopment of a 2.4-acre parcel from a salvage yard to an approximate 45,300 square-foot storage facility. Minor road and utility improvements are associated along with clean-up of the adjacent creek and possible discharge of storm drainage water from the site into the creek. Lot Merger and Street Abandonment applications or a Parcel Map application are also a part of the project for the purposes of merging two lots of record to eliminate a land-locked parcel and abandon a portion of the Duncan Road right-of-way.
