Document Description
The Project Applicant proposes to construct 113 for-lease residential units on a 2.46-acre area, thereby completing the final phase of development on the 7.79-acre 1901 Newport Project site. A condominium map for the originally approved Project containing 145 residential units was previously approved and recorded. The proposed Project would allow for the development of 113 attached, residential dwelling units (for lease as apartments with the ability to sell them in the future) in a single, 3- and 4-story building. The Proposed Project would include one-, two-, and three bedroom residential units. A 283-space, three-story, four-level parking structure would be constructed to serve the residents of the proposed Pacific Gateway residential building.
