Document Description
The proposed project consists of the concurrent annexation of 51.40 acres of property to Calleguas Municipal Water District (Calleguas) and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan), of which a total of 4.26 acres of the property is for road right-of-way. The property to be annexed is currently vacant and will be annexed into the city of Oxnard prior to development. The development plan consists of 200 residential units with a 14.5-acre park site. Metropolitan is also proposing to impose a water standby charge within the proposed annexing territory. This annexation would close an existing window in Metropolitan's service area.
