Document Description
The proposed project consists of acquisition of the project site and construction of a middle school, which would serve 500 students in grades 6th through 8th grade. The proposed project would include ten permanent and nine relocatable classrooms, a multi-purpose building, administration building, restrooms, cafeteria/food service, library, and gym/ locker rooms for a total of approx. 46, 218 square feet of indoor building space at the project site. Outdoor improvements include approx. 497, 200 square feet of hard court and field areas for athletic activities and a parking lot. Acquisition of the project site would be funded by local bond money.
