Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a two-story, sixty-two unit motel (24,726 square feet). The proposed project will have sixty-two parking spaces and 4,518 square feet of landscape area on the property. Primary vehicle access to the property will be provided from driveways on the northeast and southeast corners of the property. One pole sign 17 feet in height is proposed on the east side of the subject property. Hours of operation for the motel will be 24 hours a day, seven days a week based on guest occupancy. It is anticipated that there will be one full-time and three part-time employees.
