The applicant proposes to remove the existing temporary riprap at the Ocean Harbor House and replace it with a seawall under the existing building. Construction access to the project site will be provided via Beach Way and the Monterey Bay beach. The construction area is under the existing building foundations. The project also involves replacement of a sewer line and installation of new stormwater pipes and dissipaters. The project requires a Temporary Encroachment Permit and Architectural Review Committee Permit.
