The southern parcel is proposed to be developed with 150 single-family residential units on 39.43 acres of land. As with the northern parcel, the southern parcel contains a portion of the wetland area that is designated as Open Space. The current zoning designation on the southern parcel is Single Family Residential (7-R-1) on a minimum of 7,000 square foot lots.
