Document Description
The Shady Canyon Sub-Area MAster Plan (SAMP) identified areas within IRWD's Turtle Rock service area that have lower than desired domestic water service pressures. The SAMP recommended using higher pressure Coastal Zone IV (HGL 876) water from a proposed pipeline in Shady Canyon Drive to increase pressures in the area. The Shady Canyon Drive pipeline was constructed and put into service in early 2001. Additional alternatves to provide adequate system pressures in the area identiifed in the SAMP were evaluated and summarized in the "Turtle Rock Fire Flow and Low Pressure Evaluation" report.
