It will include the construction of a 35,700 s.f. diesel shop and transfer table/19,800 s.f. wheel turning building/10,000 s.f. warehouse/8,500 s.f. material storage/7,800 s.f. administration building/5 above-ground oil tanks/ and the extension of rail tracks and spurs.
