The proposed project is a request for a Final Development Plan for a mixed use structure that would be approximately thirty-five feet in height. The building would be approximately 8,632 square feet, which includes, a 4,275 s.f. of motel rooms and lobby area, a 483 s.f. commercial area and two residential units totaling 2,828 s.f. As part of the project, a Minor Conditional Use Permit is requested for two residential units. Parking would be provided by sixteen spaces onsite of which 8 would be covered by a 1,710 s.f. covered parking area.
