The Victor Elementary School District ("District") proposes to undertake the acquisition, and operation of the proposed Food Services and Administration Building. The project contemplates acquisition of an existing building that covers approximately 35,250 square feet located at 15115 Nisquali Road, Victorville, CA 92392. The project will house food services facilities and warehouse space, as well as other administrative offices of the District, including educational services offices, conference meeting rooms, and other warehouse space. Construction will be limited to minimal internal modifications to the existing building in order to allow for the above described activities to occur. The existing parking lot will not be modified or expanded. The exterior lighting of the building will not be modified or expanded. The exterior lighting of the building will not be modified or expanded and currently consists of low level security lighting, signage lighting, and illumination of the surface parking lot and associated pedestrian areas. The project will serve the needs of the District and the community it serves. The purpose of the Project is to provide centralized administration facilities for the District in a cost effective manner. Typically the project will only be utilized during the day, but occasional evening activities are possible.
