Document Description
The Lynwood Unified School District (District) proposes to construct a new middle school for approximately 900 students on a site of approximately 3.3 acres in the City of Lynwood, immediately south of the existing Lindbergh Elementary School located on El Segundo Boulevard between Peach Street and Alpine Avenue. The proposed new middle school would relieve overcrowding at the existing middle schools in the City and thus no overall increase in District enrollment is projected as a result of the proposed project. The project would include classrooms and academic uses, a plaza, a lunch shelter, administrative and related support space, including a multi-purpose activity center.
