Document Description
The Esperanza Specific Plan (SP) proposes the development of approximately 1,410 residential dwelling units. The general breakdown of these units consists of 914 single-family detached residential units and 496 multi-family attached residential units. Also, the proposed project provides for a 10 acre school site near the central area of the site, approximately 9 acres dedicated for neighborhood parks, and all major streets will include enhanced parkway landscaping and medians.
