The proposed project will modify an existing road and remove the existing bridge, then construct a 60- to 65-foot long flatcar-type bridge across Joshua Creek to provide freeboard for a 100-year flood. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0448 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Charley and Lisa Kleissner.
