The Department of Recreation and Parks, through the use of Proposition K funds, is proposing to acquire five vacant properties in the community of Atwater Village, for the purpose of developing Juntos Park and providing neighborhood recreational opportunities. Proposed development features for the project site include a child care center, a toddler's play area, and landscaping and irrigation for passive recreation.
