Document Description

The project also requires a Zone Change from A-1 to R-3. Thirty-four (34) parking spaces are required and 40 will be provided. The site was previously approved for two different projects: (1) A 4-story, 61-unit senior citizens housing under CUP 93-207; (2) a 3-story, 53-unit residential care facility for the elderly in 1999 under CUP 98-114. The site currently has a vacant single family residence.
