Document Description
The proposed project is to develop a total of 329.6 acres with a variety of uses, including: 1,312 residential dwelling units (du) on 232.3 total acres (comprised of 67.5 acres of medium high density (5,000 square foot minimum lots totaling 357 du; 96.8 acres of medium density (6,000 square foot minimum) lots totaling 435 du; 46.4 acres of medium density (7,200 square foot minimum) lots totaling 175 du; 21.6 acres of high density (multi family townhomes) totaling 345 du. In addition, the specific plan includes the following designations/uses: 12.5 acres of parks; 55.5 acres of designated open space/conservation and 29.5 acres of major roads.
