Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Mr. Dave Flynn. The Project consists of replacing two (2) existing and damaged 48-inch diameter CMP culverts with two (2) new 60-inch diameters by 40 feet long HDPE culverts. The Project will include repairing the roadway above the culverts and will require 125 cubic yards of imported borrow material, with an additional 50 cubic yards of rock slope protection at the inlets and outlets of the new culverts. Accumulated debris immediately upstream and downstream of the crossing will be cleared from the channel. If work occurs while surface flows exist in the channel, a dewatering plan will be implemented to divert flows around the work area. No trees or shrubs will be affected by the Project, and heavy equipment will be operated from the roadway.
