Document Description
The Sierra Meadows Estates Subdivision proposes 315 residential units on approximately 537.6 acres. Lot sizes associated with residential development would range from a minimum of 7,000 square feet to a maximum of five acres. The project would include ancillary infrastructure improvements such as access roadways, internal circulation roadways, and utilities, among others. This Supplemental EIR analyzes revisions to a previous project description that was included in an EIR circulated for public review in 2005. The revised project description for the Sierra Meadows Estates Subdivision Project is generally consistent with the previous version. The project location, proposed residential land use, residential unit count, and anticipated permits and approvals remain the same. However, several substantial changes to the project description have occurred in response to agency and public input, in an effort to minimize the potential environmental impacts of the project.
