Document Description
This is a Conditional Use Permit application to legalize an existing 5.59 acre paintball recreation park. No grading, except for clearance of brush as required by the Riverside County Fire Department for fuel modification, or habitable structures are proposed pursuant to this permit. Two existing storage containers are located on site to store paintball equipment, safety gear for players, video monitors, first aid supplies and fire extinguishers. No hazardous, flammable or caustic materials are used or stored on site. "Paintball" material used is non-toxic, bio-degradable and water soluble.
