CDFG is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Scott McDonald representing the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, LaTour Demonstration State Forest. The applicant proposes to replace an undersized culvert with a 30" by 40' culvert on a Class II watercourse as part of a road management plan, and prior to timber harvesting activities on an Unnamed Tributary to the South Fork of Cow Creek, Shasta County.
