The applicant proposes to do various fish habitat restoration projects on Box Canyon Creek, a tributary of the Mattole River, Humboldt County. Project is to improve quality and quantity of summer and winter salmonid habitat in upper South Fork Bear Creek through the installation of 12 in-stream log cover structures.
