The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, [Mr. Richard French representing himself]. The applicant proposes to do various fish habitat restoration projects on Box Canyon Creek, a tributary of the Mattole River, Humboldt County. Project is to improve quality and quantity of summer and winter salmonid habitat in upper South Fork Bear Creek through the installation of 12 in-stream log cover structures.
