Document Description
The tentative plan is to divide the property into 49 residential lots, a 2.1 acre parcel for a new city park and 0.96 acre riparian habitat area. The existing agricultural drainage has been altered so that it is currently not connected to the drainage on the adjoining property and currently does not support riparian habitat. The drainage will be relocated and reconnected to the adjoining creek. The project site is located at 4481 Solano Avenue in Napa, Napa County. CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0034 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator David Lennon/Hofmann Land Company.
