Document Description
Installation of 60 linear feet of rip-rap along the southern bank of Sycamore Creek at 530 Sycamore Creek Lane, Nipomo, San Luis Obispo County. The creek bank will be cleared of vegetation and graded to a slope of 2:1 before filter fabric and rock rip-rap are set in place. One quarter ton minus rock will be used for the project, and large boulders will be set at least 18 inches into the stream bed. Willow cuttings will be planted between the rocks. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-0007 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Camilio Alarcio, President, Rancho Nipomo Homeowners Association.
