Document Description
As part of the development of a 29-acre parcel into 53 residential lots, the operator proposes to install a 36 inch outfall structure on the southwest bank of the County channel line A, adjacent to the UP railroad tracks, approximately one-half mile southeast of the intersection of Fairview Avenue and Lone Tree Way in Brentwood, Contra Costa County. Approximately 420 square feet of the bed and bank will be impacted. All riprap associated with the outfall shall be backfilled with soil and seeded. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0148 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Mark Elrod/Meritage Homes.
