The application proposes the following eight activities: Activities 1 and 2 propose to install two temporary culverts in two small Class II watercourses. Activity 1 proposes to install a 12-inch culvert in an unnamed creek that is a tributary to Rancheria Creek. Activities 3-8 propose to install temporary, steel railcar bridges over Rancheria Creek and Yale Creek, both are Class I watercourses that contain steelhead.
