Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2001-0842/1-01-068 MEN

The applicant proposes the following seven projects located in Mendocino County: 1) Installation of a permanent rail car bridge to support heavy commercial traffic at an existing wooden bridge site on Brush Creek along an existing seasonal road associated with THP 1-01-068 MEN. 2) Installation of a permanent rail car bridge to support heavy commercial traffic at an instream seasonal existing road crossing of South Fork Brush Creek associated with THP 1-01-068 MEN. 3) Installation of a temporary six-inch diameter culvert at one seasonal existing road crossing on a seasonal Class II watercourse for THP 1-01-068 MEN. 4) Installation of temporary six-inch diameter culvert at two seasonal existing road crossings on South Fork Brush Creek for THP 1-01-068 MEN. 5) Installation of a rocked ford crossing or temporary six-inch diameter culvert at a seasonal existing road crossing on a seasonal Class II watercourse associated with THP 1-01-068 MEN. 6) Reinstallation of culverts at three seasonal existing road crossings on Class II watercourses associated with THP 1-01-068 MEN. 7) Conduct water drafting from one site on Brush Creek THP 1-01-068. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2001-0842, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Lee Susan acting on behalf of Mr. Steve Miller, Trustee for the Trust Under the Will of Edward Miller.
