Document Description
The applicant proposes the removal of a failed 4-foot wide culvert, a Humboldt crossing situated above the culvert, and associated fill at a Class II watercourse crossing associated with an existing seasonal road. The culvert and fill removal will be followed by the restoration of the watercourse crossing area to the natural channel gradient with outsloped banks. The project will involve the use of excavator and tractor equipment. The California Department Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2002-0029, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Jon Woessner, Mendocino Redwood Company.
