Document Description
The project proposes a resolution amendment to TM 5136, approved by the County of on December 14, 2000. The original map proposed to subdivide 14.2 acres into 12 residential lots. The revised map proposes a waiver from the Board of Supervisors Policy I-92, "Undergrounding of Utilities", to allow two existing utility poles on-site to remian above ground on Keyser Road to prevent from having to put the utilities underground. The development of the twelve residential lots os proposed to be completed in one single phase.
