Document Description
Installation of a 20- foot span bridge for access to a proposed single family residence. The abutment backwalls will extend along approximately 18 feet of creek bank. The wingwalls will extend an additional seven (7) feet on each side. Temporary barriers will protect the creek from debris entering the channel. Construction will be accomplished when the creek is dry. About 800 square feet of native shrubs will be replaced by the driveway and bridge abutments. Larger willows will be re-planted; other disturbed soil will be re-vegetated with native species. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0092 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
