Document Description
The operator proposes to take fill, excavated from the house site, and spread it out on a dirt driveway to "smooth it out" at 2339 Pickett Rd. in Calistoga, Napa County. An unnamed tributary to Simmons Creek runs along side of the dirt driveway with varying distances from the driveway. The driveway is about 2 tenths of a mile. The dirt will be transported by a dump truck and will be spread out by a grader and compacted. A silt fence will be installed before the project begins to prevent siltation from entering the State waterways. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0201 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
