Projects include: Data collection, research and resource evaluation activities that do not result in a serious or major disturbance to an environmental resource. These activities must be strictly for information gathering purposes, or as a part of a study leading to an action, which a public agency has not yet approved, adopted or funded. Any study, which may include an impact on natural resources or impacts such as noise, must undergo separate environmental evaluation. Any Department may undertake these projects. The beneficiaries of this project are the residents of Lompoc.
