Document Description
SUSD proposes to perform minor upgrades to the school facilities listed above which include installation of HVAC systems, tiled floors, new windows, new counter tops and sinks and white dry-erase boards in classrooms, new doors and hardware, new ceramic tile in restrooms, power upgrades and additional computer and/or telephone lines, and interior painting. The District will also create handicap-accessible restrooms from existing restrooms, including installationof wider doors and stalls, raised toilets and lowered sinks. Some of these upgrades have not been applied to the District's school facilities in approximately 40 years. Students, teachers and administrative staff alike will benefit from these upgrades.
