Document Description
Construct a new visitor center/park office with ADA-compliant restroom facilities on parking lot at the public access and picnic area in William B. Ide Adobe State Historic Park and remove two temporary buildings and existing comfort station. Remove asphalt surrounding the newly constructed structures, install three new picnic sites, and re-landscape as necessary. Reconfigure and pave existing overflow parking area to include additional 18 parking spaces, including ADA-accessible parking. Install entrance, parking, and interpretive signage. Project will improve visitor services, improve ADA access to park facilities, improve traffic and pedestrian circulation, protect public health and safety, and support continued use and maintenance of park facilities.
