The work to be performed consists, in general, of installing signal interconnect and cable, constructing stamped concrete and curb, bean barrier, and installing an irrigation system and landscaping. Installation of interconnect system will alleviate congestion, vehicle emissions, and degradation of air quality. The project will beautify this segment of road and enhance the level of service of the road for the general public.
